Paying for Endodontic Care
We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit.
If you do not have dental insurance, we request payment of the full fee at the time of your appointment. For those patients with dental insurance, we will make every effort to assist you in filing your primary claim.
Our policy is not to put financial situations in front of care. It is our goal to communicate clearly with you from start to finish. This service is based on a friendly, mutual, but business-like understanding between doctor and patient.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
For patients with dental insurance, your estimated co-payment as determined by information we receive from your insurance company and this fee is due at the time of your treatment. If your insurance pays less than we estimate at the time of your treatment, you are responsible for the balance. If there is no response from the insurance company in 60 days, then you will be responsible to pay the balance at that time.
If you desire to make payment arrangements, our office works with a third party company called CareCredit. CareCredit is a company that provides you with a line of credit for healthcare treatments and procedures. Once you are approved, you can use it repeatedly for anyone in your family. You can apply for a line of credit with CareCredit through their website at www.CareCredit.com. Arrangements for this must be made in advance.
Please be advised that CareCredit’s approval process is based upon the credit history of the applicant. Endodontic Associates of Brevard cannot guarantee that your application for funding will be accepted.
Past due accounts will be responsible for all costs associated with trying to collect the balance due. There is 35% fee on all unpaid balances sent to collections and a $25 fee for returned checks. A broken appointment fee of $150 will be added for any appointment that is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
